The scholastic Charlie Butt Regatta is taking place tomorrow - Saturday, April 26 - from 8am-noon. However, the racing could go longer if there are weather delays. The course runs from Three Sisters down to the Georgetown waterfront steps.
A starting platform will be put in place at Three Sisters, likely before the end of the day today, so please be on the lookout if you're rowing this afternoon or early tomorrow.
Please avoid the course during tomorrow's racing, and please heed instructions from regatta officials so they can run a safe and fair regatta.
Good luck to all the Alexandria City, Bishop O'Connell, Episcopal, GDS, Visitation, James Madison, McLean, Sidwell Friends, W-L, West Potomac, and Yorktown athletes and coaches!
Finally, good luck to both PBC teams racing this weekend: the Juniors at the Cooper Cup in NJ and Men's Sweep at the Club Cup in Philly!
