High Performance Program
The PBC High Performance Program develops athletes to compete at the highest level, nationally and internationally. Over the last two quadrennial, more than 20 rowers from the program have represented the U.S. internationally. The focus of the PBC High Performance Program is to provide a training environment for senior men and women to reach the A Finals at National Selection Regattas, qualify for National Team Selection Camps, and race internationally. The PBC program also includes U23 and Junior summer camps focused on U23/Junior World Championship Trials.

If you have National Team goals and do not quite meet these standards, please send an inquiry. Exceptions have been made on an individual basis.
Fall Program Link
Under the direction of the High Performance Program, PBC will offer two programs. The U19 and U23 Programs will focus on technical fundamentals in 1xs, developing physiology, building functional strength in the weight room, engraining fueling / hydration habits to support training, and applying mental skill sets. The U19 and U23 Programs offer a virtual and a hybrid training option.
