As discussed at the semi-annual meeting, we have a category of membership reflected within the Potomac Boat Club constitution called Life Membership. This can be anyone nominated by a member – and generally reflects someone who has provided outstanding service to the Boat Club, above and beyond the call of duty for numerous years.
The full constitution language is provided below – but the Board would welcome any nominations from members for consideration. Generally, the Board would review these nominations once a year and any acceptance would need to be a unanimous vote of the Board. Please feel free to reach out to the President or Secretary with your nominations.
